Chief Repertoire Apparel was founded in Oregon on December 10th, 2011 by Kevin Lowe and Jordan Carter. Kevin is a local skater/snowboarder who loves fashion, and knows the underground culture, and Jordan C. is a motivated business student at the University of Oregon where he is majoring in entrepreneurship.
